Transfer ratios are sourced from official program terms as of April 2026. Most programs transfer at 1:1 (1,000 points = 1,000 miles). Exceptions include Amex → Hilton (1:2, you receive double), Amex → JetBlue (250:200, slight loss), and Capital One → Accor (2:1, you receive half). Ratios and partners change — always verify at the program's official site before transferring. Transfers are typically irreversible. Hawaii-relevant programs are tagged 🏝.
