6. HRT PRO Award Data, Accuracy & Limitations
HRT PRO is a paid subscription that includes the Atmos Award Calendar and related member tools. The Atmos Award Calendar is a research tool that shows award flight prices and seat availability. This section applies to all data displayed in HRT PRO.
When the data is from
The Atmos Award Calendar is refreshed once every 24 hours. The refresh runs overnight Hawaii time and is published by 6:00am HST. Every price, seat count and date you see reflects what our data source reported during that morning's check, not the moment you are viewing it. The calendar displays the time of the most recent successful refresh.
Always confirm before booking: Award seats are live inventory. Between one morning refresh and the next, a seat may be booked by someone else, a price may rise or fall, a route may open or close, and an airline may change or cancel a flight. A date shown as available is not a reservation, a hold, or a guarantee that the seat or the price will still exist when you search. Confirm every price, seat count, cabin and flight directly with Alaska Airlines or in your Atmos Rewards account before you book, transfer points, or make any travel or financial commitment.
Operating airline
Where we show which airline operates a flight, that information comes from our data source and may reflect the airline selling the ticket rather than the airline flying the aircraft. Following the Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines merger, some Hawaiian operated flights are listed under an Alaska code. Confirm the operating airline and aircraft with the airline if it matters to your trip.
Third party data and availability of the service
Award availability is sourced from third party providers. We do not control their accuracy, completeness or uptime. If a refresh fails, the calendar continues to display the most recent data we successfully collected, with its date shown. We aim to publish by 6:00am HST daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may delay or interrupt a refresh.
Estimates and projections
Any points valuation, elite status projection or savings figure shown in HRT PRO is an estimate for planning purposes only. It is not financial advice and not a promise of value. Section 3 of these Terms applies in full to all HRT PRO tools and content.
No airline affiliation. Hawaii Reward Travel is an independent service and is not a booking service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Atmos Rewards, or any airline, hotel or card issuer. Airline and program names are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Results Disclaimer
Individual results from credit card rewards programs vary based on personal spending habits, card approval, credit history, and redemption choices. Any results described on this site — including testimonials from ʻOhana Program members, points valuations, or estimated travel values — are illustrative examples and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. Past results do not predict future performance.
Descriptions of potential travel value (e.g., estimated redemption values of points or miles) are based on specific redemption scenarios and are for illustrative purposes only. Actual value will vary based on how and when points or miles are redeemed.
