Closer to home, Grand Hyatt Kauai is offering kamaʻāina up to 50% off rates, plus 15% off dining, spa, and retail. One of the Garden Isle's finest, right on Poʻipū Beach.

Up to 50 percent is a big headline, and it is the ceiling, so the real number swings with your dates and room type, off the resort's rack rate, which runs high.
