Seattle, Washington.

Aloha ʻohana. Nonstop Honolulu to Seattle is wide open in economy right now on two programs: 15,000 Atmos Rewards points plus $5.60, one-way on Alaska, or 18,100 Delta SkyMiles plus $5.60, one-way on Delta. Dates run from later this month all the way into March 2027, in both directions. Whether you are visiting family in the Pacific Northwest, catching a connection to the East Coast, or just want a cool-weather getaway, this is one of the cheapest ways off the rock.

Available Dates

Tap a button to switch between airline, direction, and cabin. Atmos has the deeper calendar, especially Seattle to Honolulu in January through March. Delta is strongest for late October and early December.

Award space open (as of October 7, 2026, subject to change)
These dates were found and posted on October 7, 2026. If a date is gone when you search, it was most likely already booked. Always confirm live before you transfer any points.

Availability reflects saver space seen at time of writing. Award space moves. Confirm in the Atmos Rewards or Delta booking tool before making plans.

Don't Forget Your Amex Points
American Express Membership Rewards points transfer to Delta SkyMiles at 1:1. That means 18,100 Amex points gets you a one-way seat to Seattle. Confirm your date is still open in the Delta booking tool before you transfer, since points can't be moved back once they leave Amex.

Scottie's Take

Let me be straight with you: 15,000 Atmos points is the standard saver price on this route, not a special sale. What makes it worth posting is how much of the calendar is open, including holiday-adjacent dates in late November and late December. A round-trip runs 30,000 Atmos points or 36,200 SkyMiles plus about $11 in taxes, which is a solid use of points for my people with family on the mainland. You can also mix and match, flying one direction on each airline.

Find your outbound and return dates in the calendar, confirm live, and move on it before the good ones go. Mahalo, and safe travels.
